The staffs of the Division of Trading and Markets at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Office of General Counsel at Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) made a joint statement on Monday (July 8) to articulate their main concerns regarding regulatory compliance by broker-dealers wishing to work with digital asset securities.
