Crypto exchanges are reportedly charging exorbitant listing fees and also asking their clients to direct traffic and customers to their exchanges. These "unorthodox" strategies are being used by several major cryptocurrency exchanges in order to pull through the extended bear market. Cryptocurrency prices have declined sharply, and their combined market capitalization has dropped nearly 80% since January.
