UK's financial market regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), recently issued its third e-money license to blockchain startup Wirex. The FCA has increasingly been licensing UK's crypto firms to conduct business operations, as it has also set up a large sandbox, or testing environment, for 69 different fintech firms. Recently, the FCA approved GBP deposits and withdrawals through Coinbase as well.
