On December 10, 2018, the final verdict was returned for the first national case brought up by an investor against an exchange platform due to Bitcoin hard fork. The claimant got reimbursed the bitcoin cash previously “invalidated” by the exchange. However, the claim that the “the claimant should be compensated for the loss with the current value of the bitcoin cash” was rejected.
