Asher Tan, the co-founder of Australia-based digital asset exchange, CoinJar, recently said stablecoins could be the next big thing in crypto. Tan remarked: there are "a whole lot of applications or use-cases that could come out of" stablecoins. There are a number of ongoing projects that are trying to develop stablecoins in a more sophisticated and decentralized manner, Tan revealed. He added that the crypto market is still evolving and people are just beginning to understand digital currencies - as they argue over whether they are a medium of exchange or store of value.
