Bitcoin (BTC) price may continue to drop further as investors are looking to sell all assets which are perceived as high-risk, veteran market analyst says. Bitcoin's ability to function as a store of value (SoV) is now being questioned and it might not replace gold as an SoV, Oanda analyst Craig Erlam said. BTC's 5% drop in the past 48 hours has come when the global equity market is also experiencing some of its "worst sessions."
